Makayla Gill is the founder and driving force behind SBP Solutions. With more than eight years of experience in legal practice management, she has built a reputation for helping law firms simplify operations, strengthen compliance, and implement systems that actually work in day-to-day practice.

Before establishing SBP Solutions, Makayla held a senior leadership role in the practice management sector, where she worked closely with firms across Australia to improve operational performance and solve complex administrative and compliance challenges. This experience shaped her practical, hands-on approach to supporting law firms.

Makayla is known for her ability to quickly identify inefficiencies and implement clear, workable solutions. Her focus is always on creating systems that reduce administrative pressure, improve consistency, and allow firms to operate with greater confidence.

At SBP Solutions, Makayla works closely with clients as a trusted operational partner, helping firms navigate the realities of running a modern legal practice while building strong foundations for sustainable growth.

Head of Practice Management & Legal Operations

Scott Saville plays a key role in delivering SBP Solutions’ hands-on support to law firms. With a strong background in client-facing industries, he brings a practical and service-focused approach to practice management.

After transitioning into the legal industry several years ago, Scott quickly developed a passion for helping firms operate more effectively. He works closely with firm directors and staff to ensure internal systems, workflows, and processes are running smoothly and in line with best practice.

Scott supports a wide range of clients across their day-to-day operational needs, assisting with system management, workflow improvements, and staff training. His approachable style and ability to explain processes clearly make him a trusted point of contact for firms looking to strengthen their internal operations.

Chief Practice Management Officer

Ryan Miller oversees the day-to-day delivery of SBP Solutions’ practice management services and works closely with many of the firm’s clients on an ongoing basis.

Ryan brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to his work, shaped by years of experience in fast-paced, operational environments. Earlier in his career he held roles in labour-intensive industries before progressing into management, where he developed strong leadership, organisational, and client service skills.

Over the past four years Ryan has built extensive experience working within the legal practice management sector. Known for his analytical approach and strong attention to detail, he has a natural ability to break down complex operational issues and implement practical solutions that keep firms running efficiently.

Ryan now manages the majority of SBP Solutions’ practice management clients, working closely with firms to support their day-to-day operations, systems, and compliance processes.
